Job summary

GI Alliance seeks an experienced Medical Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an outpatient GI clinic. This hands-on role requires building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering an exceptional patient and provider experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of medical office management experience.
• Experience in internal medicine or GI is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and support clinic employees.
• Oversee daily clinic operations for efficient patient flow and experience.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact for physicians, APPs, and staff.
• Manage employee schedules, staffing, attendance, and timekeeping.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Conduct regular employee check-ins and provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor performance and enforce policies and procedures.
• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiatives and improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance and infection-control standards.
