Job summary

You will drive patient satisfaction, safety and service excellence while managing budgets and collaborating with leaders across service lines.

The role requires 2+ years in management within a medical office environment, an associate degree or equivalent, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Assc./equiv degree or relevant work experience
• Certification in BLS through AHA or ARC
• Current U.S. driver's license
• Two years of management/supervisory experience and healthcare office exposure

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing and clinic needs.
• Oversee clinic operations to ensure patient safety, quality and efficiency.
• Lead staff hiring, development, retention and performance.
• Monitor budgets, financial reporting and productivity metrics.
