Fluidstack in San Francisco seeks a senior deal-maker to negotiate behind-the-meter PPAs, gas supply arrangements, and heat-rate options for multi-hundred-megawatt data-center campuses. You will lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, legal, and finance from site selection through energization, identifying cost and schedule risks before leadership review.

Bonus: multi-market power experience encouraged.

Formación

• Negotiation of behind-the-meter PPAs, tolls, or heat rate options where economics must hold through project finance and final deal terms.
• Experience negotiating gas supply agreements and managing fixed-price, index, and basis exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Quarterback across engineering, legal, finance, and operations from site selection through executed supply contracts to energization.
• Identify cost and schedule exposure and communicate decisions to leadership.
