Qualifications

• Negotiate behind-the-meter PPAs and heat-rate options.
• Evaluate gas supply agreements and pricing exposure.
• Diligence gas-fired sites for permitting and deliverability.
• Develop techno-economic models and defend sensitivities to lenders.
• Coordinate across engineering, legal, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate behind-the-meter PPAs, tolls, and heat-rate options for multi-hundred-megawatt data center campuses.
• Negotiate gas supply agreements and manage fixed-price, index, and basis exposure.
• Diligence gas sites from pipeline access, fuel deliverability, and air permits.
• Evaluate generation equipment for heat rate, cost, and reliability and recommend actions to leadership.
• Quarterback across engineering, legal, finance, and operations from site selection to energization.
