Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI in Austin, TX. We seek a leader who can negotiate complex energy contracts, evaluate gas-fuel strategies, and drive techno-economic analyses to inform major investment decisions.

• Negotiated behind-the-meter PPAs, tolls, or heat rate options where economics held through project finance.
• Negotiated gas supply agreements with fixed-price, index, and basis exposure.
• Diligenced gas-fired sites from pipeline access to power delivery considerations.
• Built techno-economic models and defended sensitivities to lenders or executives.
• Coordinated across engineering, legal, and finance to drive decisions and next steps.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate behind-the-meter PPAs, tolling agreements, and heat rate options during project development.
• Assess gas supply, transport, and basis exposure to lock in deliverability and costs.
• Diligence gas sites for pipeline access, permits, and power delivery feasibility.
• Evaluate generation technologies by heat rate and economics to guide equipment choices.
• Lead cross-functional coordination from site selection to energization, flagging risks early.
