Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring for a role focused on sourcing and securing powered land and brownfield sites, delivering hundreds of megawatts to gigawatts of capacity. You will negotiate complex land agreements and perform end-to-end diligence across title, zoning, and power paths.

You will manage multi-site pipelines, assess interconnection feasibility, and hand off secured sites to development teams with a clean title and a clear power path. This is a fast-paced, ownership-driven role in the SF area.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and closing land or site acquisitions where getting power to the site was the constraint.
• Ability to negotiate purchase, lease, and option agreements with landowners, developers, and utilities.
• Familiarity with interconnection queues, capacity maps, or substation studies to assess power feasibility.
• End-to-end land diligence across title, zoning, environmental, and power path.
• Management of multi-site pipelines and ability to prune non-pencil sites quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source and lock powered land and brownfield sites delivering hundreds of MW to GW capacity.
• Negotiate land purchase, lease, and option agreements with landowners, developers, and utilities.
• Diligence power availability, interconnection queue position, substation proximity, and deliverability before advancing sites.
• Build and manage a pipeline of powered-land opportunities across regions; kill weak sites fast.
• Hand off secured sites with clean title and proven power path to development teams.
