TC Energy invites student interns to contribute to field operations focused on the safe and reliable transportation of natural gas. You will gain hands-on experience with compressors, maintenance tasks, and field procedures, working alongside experienced technicians and mentors.

The program emphasizes safety, learning, and practical skill development, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates across North America.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Mechanical, Chemical, Pipeline, Automation, or related technical / trades program.
• Completion of at least one academic term prior to May 2027 start.
• Returning to full-time studies after term.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations with safety at the forefront.
• Assist installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of natural gas compressors and related equipment.
• Gain hands-on experience with field tools and procedures.
• Learn and apply safety protocols for field work.
• Participate in site visits, inspections and project activities under supervision.
• Develop technical and problem-solving skills for a field technician role.
