Job summary

TC Energy is offering a Student Intern position to support field operations focused on safe, reliable natural gas transportation. You will gain hands-on experience with compressors, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field procedures while working with experienced technicians.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Mechanical, Chemical, Pipeline, Automation, or related technical/trades program.
Completion of at least one academic term prior to May 2027.
Returning to full-time studies immediately after the work term.
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the term.

Responsibilities

Support field operations while upholding safety and teamwork values.
Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of natural gas compressors and equipment.
Gain hands-on experience with field tools, equipment, and procedures.
Learn safety protocols and field work procedures.
Participate in site visits, inspections and project activities under supervision.
Develop technical and problem-solving skills for a field technician role.
