Quanta Power Solutions seeks an experienced EPC Project Director to lead large-scale gas-fired power projects from engineering through commissioning. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and maintain key client relationships to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

The role requires extensive EPC leadership across thermal facilities, with travel up to 50% nationwide and collaboration with senior leadership to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Extensive EPC leadership experience on gas-fired power generation facilities.
• Experience directing combined-cycle, simple-cycle or other thermal plants.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale EPC gas-fired power projects from development through commissioning.
• Set project strategy, objectives, and performance expectations for delivery.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and financial performance.
• Provide executive leadership to PM, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and major stakeholders at an executive level.
• Ensure safety, contractual compliance, and achievement of commercial outcomes.
