Job summary

Eversource in Massachusetts is seeking a seasoned Gas Maintenance and Construction supervisor to lead on-site crews, coordinate field work, and ensure safe, compliant execution of maintenance and construction activities.

The role requires deep knowledge of gas distribution systems, strong scheduling and leadership skills, and the ability to communicate with customers and officials. Prior supervisory experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Gas Distribution or field service operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage gas maintenance/work construction field workload and schedules.
• Supervise internal/external crews and contractors on-site.
• Coordinate with customers and community officials on construction and service delivery.
• Lead on-call rotation and respond to outages as on-scene supervisor.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with company standards and regulations.
