Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Gas Maintenance and Construction supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee field workloads, supervising internal and contractor crews. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of maintenance and construction tasks across the gas distribution network.

The role requires strong project management, scheduling, and communication skills, with experience in field operations and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Gas Distribution and/or Field Service design/installation.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage gas maintenance and construction field workload with coordination.
• Supervise in-house crews and contractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate outages and incident response with customers and officials.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory rules.
• Participate in on-call rotation and oversee scheduling and permits.
