Job summary

Eversource Energy in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Gas Maintenance and Construction Supervisor to plan, coordinate and oversee field crews—both in-house and contractor teams—for gas distribution projects. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, related discipline or equivalent experience.
Five or more years of experience in Gas Distribution, and/or Field Service design and/or installation.
Must obtain and maintain Operator Qualifications and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and manages field workload with coordination and scheduling.
Supervises in-house crews and contractors in gas distribution operations.
Communicates with customers and officials about construction, operations and service.
Oversees on-scene supervision during outages and classifies gas leaks.
Participates in on-call rotation and ensures safety programs and compliance.
