Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a supervisor to manage gas maintenance and construction work across distribution systems in the MA CT NH region. You will oversee in-house and contractor crews, coordinate with customers, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

The role emphasizes on-site supervision, scheduling, outage response, and on-call rotation. Requires 5+ years in gas distribution/utility operations and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage Gas Maintenance and Construction field workload.
• Supervise in-house crews and contractors for outages and construction.
• Coordinate with customers and officials on utility projects and service delivery.
• Ensure safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and quality workmanship.
• Prepare work packages with permits, dig safe, drawings and instructions.
• Participate in on-call rotation and handle workforce planning and billing accuracy.
