SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a facility maintenance associate in Lakewood, OH. The role focuses on cleaning, basic repairs, and helping customers, with supervision available as needed.

Responsibilities include walking the garage, sweeping, painting as directed, reporting repairs, and ensuring safety. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license required. Shift flexibility, including weekends, may be needed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to Work: May require 3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and clarifies.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor directions.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and take corrective action.
• Sweep, clean, and pick up around entrances, exits, stairs, and office areas.
• Replace burned out bulbs and manage oil spills when needed.
• Submit repair requests; report safety hazards to Facility Manager.
• Assist customers within facility and resolve complaints with supervision.
