Job summary

MACOM is seeking a GaN RF Power Amplifier Applications Intern in Mesa, AZ. You will work with senior RF engineers on PCB design for high power RF amplifiers, including class AB and Doherty concepts.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with ADS, AWR, EM tools, and real measurements on test benches. The role requires pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with RF focus, plus familiarity with RF/microwave theory and measurement equipment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with RF focus.
• Knowledge of RF or Microwave circuit design required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to microwave PCB design for high power RF amplifiers.
• Assist in measurements and characterization on load-pull systems.
• Analyze data and summarize results for reports and posters.
