Job summary

MACOM seeks a highly motivated Semiconductor Test Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize wafer-level test solutions for GaN RF devices. You will perform S-parameter, power, IMD, noise figure, and DC measurements, and develop automation software and instrumentation control.

You will integrate VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, SMUs, power meters, and probe stations, and collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to improve yield and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years RF semiconductor test engineering experience.
• Experience testing GaN RF devices at wafer level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize automated wafer-level test solutions for GaN RF devices.
• Perform S-parameter, power, IMD, noise figure, and DC measurements.
• Develop automated test software and instrumentation control solutions.
• Integrate VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, SMUs, power meters, and probe stations.
• Analyze characterization and production data to improve yield and performance.
• Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams.
• Improve test throughput, repeatability, and measurement accuracy.
