Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology, manufacturing technology, electronics, mechanical systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in semiconductor/high-technology manufacturing, including 1+ year in lead/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of safety, quality systems, standard work, maintenance coordination, and production control.

Responsibilities

• Direct night-shift activities of operators and maintenance technicians.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor workflow to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Enforce EHS requirements, lockout/tagout, PPE, cleanroom protocols, and emergency procedures.
