You will lead training, incident investigations, and employee coaching while coordinating with Quality and Production Planning to meet customer demands and maintain safe operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years in operations management
• 2 years in HR relations preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, productivity and quality across manufacturing areas
• Collaborate with process supervisors to improve quality, productivity, and morale
• Track absenteeism, timekeeping and PTO for area staff
• Support shift with employee issues and policy violations
• Oversee training requirements and assess training effectiveness
• Resolve employee issues through proper channels and progressive discipline
• Provide area performance metrics and drive Kaizen projects
• Maintain positive employee relations and uphold policies
• Coach and develop employees with time and resources for development
• Support safety initiatives; lead accident investigations when needed
• Assist with hiring decisions with HR and Area Manager
• Coordinate with Quality and Production Planning to meet inventory and demand
• Follow EMS procedures and report environmental issues
• Conduct daily walk-throughs ensuring PPE and policy compliance
• Assist in workplace accident management and suspicion processes
