Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Night-Shift Operations — oversee production, staffing, workflow, and safety.
• Injection Molding Processing — troubleshoot molding issues, optimize machine performance, and maintain quality standards.
• Team Leadership — coach, train, and support operators and technicians.
• Quality & Compliance — ensure adherence to company, safety, and regulatory requirements.
