Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead a team of ~12 operators in our Santa Rosa, CA facility. The role focuses on safe, efficient manufacturing of thin film devices with strict adherence to quality and EHS standards.

You will coordinate with day and swing shifts, drive standard work, and push continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-mix environment, MES knowledge, and a technical degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supervising or leading technicians coordinating others.
• Experience with MES and lot-tracking methodologies.
• Proven leadership in a high-mix production environment.
• Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient manufacturing performance across night shift and weekend areas.
• Coordinate handoffs with day and swing shifts for staffing and priority alignment.
• Maintain active floor presence to identify issues and remove barriers.
• Promote safety culture through hazard identification and risk reduction.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and EHS regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, planning, and procurement teams.
• Own work instructions and training records to standardize processes.
• Coach and develop a team of ~12 operators with regular feedback.
