Job summary

Dave & Buster's in the United States is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain games, simulators and technical equipment while assisting Guests.

Role emphasizes friendly service, operating across days, nights and weekends; experience is welcomed, compensation ranges from $12 to $17 per hour with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401K.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly with a positive attitude and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining game equipment in a timely manner.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Provide timely, accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests and Team Members.
