Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing game equipment preferred.
• Must be friendly and able to smile while interacting with guests.
• Clear communication with Guests and Team Members is essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action as needed.
• Provides timely, accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Loads and refills tickets in redemption games and secures ticket storage areas.
• Assists Guests with requests, answers questions, and makes recommendations.
• Bids farewell to Guests and invites them to return.
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games and displays to promote sales.
• Performs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
