Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is looking for a Gaming Support Tech to maintain games, simulators and technical equipment while helping Guests. You will assist Guests with questions, perform repairs and ensure clean, safe, working midway areas.

Excellent customer service, a willingness to work days, nights and weekends, and ability to communicate clearly with Guests and Team Members are essential. Physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of games, simulators and technical equipment.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and ensure ticket storage safety.
• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests and Team Members.
