Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is looking for a Gaming Support Tech to repair and maintain games, simulators and technical equipment while assisting Guests. You’ll work across Midway and support a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules to fit school or other jobs.

Candidates should have basic technical skills and strong guest-service mindset; friendly, communicative, and able to handle multiple duties. Prior electrical/technical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Maintain a positive attitude and handle multiple job functions.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by answering questions and making recommendations.
• Stock, display and secure merchandise; conduct inventory as needed.
• Keep Midway clean, organized and fully operational at all times.
• Work days, nights and weekends as required and coordinate with Manager.
