Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring a Midway Tech to repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment while delivering excellent guest service. You will assist guests, load tickets, and ensure games are clean and functioning.

The role requires reliable teamwork, clear communication, and availability for days, nights, and weekends. As part of a lively entertainment venue, you’ll perform regular maintenance tasks, manage inventory in the tech/storage areas, and support managers with problem

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway at all times.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure ticket storage areas.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
• Keep all areas clean, stocked and organized; assist with general store maintenance as needed.
