Job summary

Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Gaming Support Tech to help fix and maintain games, simulators, and equipment while ensuring guests have a great experience.

You will assist guests, perform routine maintenance, stock display areas, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and rapid problem resolution in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining equipment and answering questions.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway games and storage areas.
