Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and equipment while helping Guests. You’ll work a friendly, fast-paced environment with flexible schedules that accommodate school or other jobs.

You will greet Guests, assist with requests, stock merchandise, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal game experiences. Must be 18+, with clear communication and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in an ideal environment.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games with secure storage areas.
• Assist Guests by answering questions and making recommendations.
• Maintain merchandise displays and store areas; conduct inventories as applicable.
• Ensure games are clean, accessible and up to standard.
• Support daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
• Assist other Team Members to foster a cooperative working climate.
