Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to maintain and repair gaming equipment and assist Guests in a high-energy environment. You will help ensure smooth game operation, stock tickets, and provide fast, friendly service to hundreds of guests daily in a dynamic, friendly team.

Requirements include being at least 18, strong communication, and willingness to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Work-wise flexibility including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games.
• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games in a timely manner.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games, ensuring secure storage areas.
• Assist Guests with requests, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Midway games and storage areas.
• Discuss problem areas with Manager and keep affected areas up to standard.
