GameStop Corp. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all facets of store operations and drive sales and profit through a guest-centric approach.

You will lead a retail team across scheduling, training, inventory, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, organized store environment and promoting omnichannel orders. The role requires strong leadership, 1+ year retail management experience, and a passion for gaming.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or accredited bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales goals.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and promote loyalty programs.
• Support store environment, visual elements, and current sales initiatives.
• Process purchases/returns accurately using the POS system and ensure timely guest service.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding and training compliance before opening/closing shifts.
