Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or accredited bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and multiunit leadership as required.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests; respond to questions and promote promotions.
• Oversee visual/operational elements, sales initiatives, and guest relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and staffing to ensure optimal guest service.
• Train and onboard associates; ensure adherence to store policies and safety practices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, fraud prevention, and loss prevention measures.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and processed daily.
• Communicate with District Manager to implement store initiatives and policies.
