Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all facets of store operations and drive sales performance.

You will lead a retail team, model exceptional guest service, promote programs such as reservations and trade-ins, and ensure the store environment aligns with company standards. You will manage onboarding, training, scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention while maintaining an engaging shopping experience for guests and growing guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Deliver best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Promote promotions and loyalty programs to drive sales.
• Supervise and develop sales associates, keyholders, and assistant managers.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and policy compliance before shifts start.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and attendance with accuracy.
