Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Support the total shopping environment including visual and operational elements and current sales initiatives.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain high-performing associates.
• Schedule and supervise store staffing to ensure optimal guest service and coverage.
