The Store Manager will supervise a retail staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure an organized, safe store environment while meeting sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or accredited bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, respond to questions and promote promotions.
• Lead and supervise store staff, recruit, interview, hire and develop associates.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance training for shifts.
• Manage scheduling to ensure guest service excellence and staffing levels.
• Process payroll and timekeeping, verify time worked and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and ensure inventory control.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders and coordinate shipments.
• Protect assets and manage loss prevention practices.
