Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service, greet guests, answer questions and promote promotions.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention to meet goals.
• Supervise scheduling, payroll, and staffing to ensure optimal guest service.
• Communicate with District Manager to implement store initiatives and policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure fixtures are in good condition.
