Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing daily operations of an Off Track Betting Parlor with small to medium revenue.
• Supervises hourly staff, including scheduling and directing work.
• Oversees cash handling, counting, balancing and shipments.
• Maintains compliance with operational procedures and personnel policies.
• Supports marketing promotions and customer relations.
• Recruits and trains hourly staff and handles employment decisions.
