Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Casino Host, Slot Host or VIP Services in a major gaming operation
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; problem-solving and teamwork
• Willing to work any shift and fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Disseminate information to host staff, coordinate problem resolutions and credit decisions
• Authorize airfare reimbursements under limits; arrange reservations and transportation for guests
• Prospect for new casino business and analyze slot and table play for credit decisions
• Interact with operations to build relationships with new customers and link to Caesars Entertainment
