Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our customers across the United States and Canada. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers, with an emphasis on timely technical support and customer satisfaction.

This entry-level role includes a robust hands-on and virtual training program during the first 6 months, with travel within the territory and occasional full-time site work in casinos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record.
• Willing to acquire gaming license as needed by location.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond to customer calls and emergencies; prioritize critical issues.
• Complete pre-site surveys and follow schedules for service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report service activity using field tools.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers; uphold professionalism.
