Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across the United States and Canada. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines and controllers, while ensuring seamless operation of casino facilities through proactive maintenance and responsive service.

The role starts with hands-on and virtual training over the first 6 months, with daily travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Able to travel daily in assigned territory; up to 30% regional/national travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests; prioritize critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow schedule, and perform service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory processes.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Gath­er and report on service activities using field service management tools.
