Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician to support casino customers across the United States. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, repair, and remove gaming machines and controllers with a strong customer-service mindset and minimal supervision.

This entry-level role includes a robust, hands-on and virtual training program over the first six months, plus daily travel within the territory (up to 30%).

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Willing to travel up to 30% regionally and nationally.
• Able to obtain gaming license as required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
• Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
• Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction.
• Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
