Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain gaming equipment across casino partner locations, with emphasis on reliability and customer service. You will travel to sites within your territory, perform hands-on repairs, and document work thoroughly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and networking, and are comfortable with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete reports and documentation on service work.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Manage parts inventory to support field work.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
• Follow safety protocols in various work environments.
