AGS - American Gaming Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service, install, convert, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on AGS gaming equipment at casinos in the region. The role requires an electronics background and 2–3 years’ experience in casino tech.

The position involves irregular hours, potential travel across various casinos, and on-site work with a focus on customer service and problem solving.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2+ years as Field Service Technician I or 3+ years in a technical gaming environment.
• Licensing approval by tribal/state regulators required.
• Mechanically inclined; ability to use hand tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Know-how of AC/DC electronics and multi-meter use.
• Understanding of computer networking and casino game hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training on installations, theme changes, and upgrades.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on-site.
• Perform site surveys and liaise with internal teams on requirements.
• Document technical assistance and maintain reports promptly.
• Execute preventative maintenance and basic work orders.
• Identify replacement parts and part numbers reliably.
• Participate in on-call rotations and adhere to safety guidelines.
