Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and maintain gaming equipment at casino locations. You’ll troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure systems run smoothly for guests and staff.

You’ll travel to casinos within your territory, follow safety protocols, and support onsite with hands-on repairs. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and basic electronics knowledge are required.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
Experience in electronics or computer networking; gaming experience bonus.
Basic computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to get licensed through gaming authorities in operating jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Tech-Savvy Tasks: Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
Maintenance Master: Preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports accurately and timely.
Customer Service Champion: Provide best-in-class service to customers.
Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix incidents quickly and escalate when needed.
Inventory Hero: Track parts and inventory for readiness.
On-Call Rotation: Part of weekly on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
Safety First: Follow safety protocols in high-energy environments.
