Job summary

AGS LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment at casino properties across the territory. Youll troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a flexible schedule, the ability to travel, and a commitment to safety in fast-paced environments. Training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you advance in this hands-on tech role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Experience with electronics/computer networking; gaming experience bonus.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to obtain license through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) or other gaming jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products to keep systems running smoothly.
• Complete paperwork and reports in a timely, detailed, and accurate manner.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot service incidents quickly and escalate when needed.
• Keep track of necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of your game.
• Be part of a weekly on-call rotation with fellow technicians.
• Follow all safety protocols in high-energy environments.
