Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment across our casino portfolio. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality customer service at each site.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic AC/DC electronics and networking knowledge, and comfort with a varied schedule that may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
Complete paperwork and reports timely and accurately.
Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers.
Troubleshoot and fix service incidents quickly and escalate when needed.
