Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to support casino gaming equipment across the Gulfport area. You’ll install, upgrade, and troubleshoot gaming devices, delivering top-tier service to our customers in fast-paced environments.

You’ll work hands-on with electronics and networking basics, perform preventative maintenance, and complete accurate reports. This role includes on-call rotations, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Gaming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on casino products.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot service incidents quickly and escalate when needed.
• Keep track of parts and inventory for repairs.
