Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot gaming equipment across casinos. You will complete reports and provide top-tier customer service, with on-site travel to customer locations and instruction during training to grow your skills.

Must have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Basic AC/DC electronics and computer networking knowledge.
• Experience with electronics or gaming equipment a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete paperwork and reports timely and accurately.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service incidents promptly, escalate when needed.
• Manage inventory of parts and tools.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
• Follow safety protocols in high-energy environments.
