Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment at casino locations in the Kansas region. You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure systems run smoothly while delivering top-quality customer support.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and networking, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment at casino sites
• Perform preventative and general maintenance to ensure smooth operation
• Complete paperwork and reporting accurately and on time
• Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers
• Troubleshoot incidents quickly and escalate when needed
• Manage inventory of parts and tools
