Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician II with a proven electronics background and 2+ years’ experience (3+ in a casino tech role) to service AGS gaming equipment at regional casinos. The position requires flexible hours, including holidays, and reports to the Regional Service Manager or Field Service Supervisor.

The role entails installation, upgrades, preventative maintenance, site surveys, and active collaboration with internal technical teams.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Service Technician I or 3 years’ experience in a technical gaming environment.
Licensing approval by tribal/state gaming regulators may be required.
Mechanically inclined; ability to use hand tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Provide technical training on installations, theme changes, game software upgrades, server upgrades, etc.
Serve as a liaison with internal technical teams for project requirements and site surveys.
Perform preventive maintenance and general maintenance on AGS gaming equipment.
Identify replacement parts and their part numbers; complete all work orders.
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with other technicians and adhere to safety guidelines.
