Job summary

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking a Gaming Agent I for Encore Boston to review casino operations and certify revenue, while fostering professional relationships with operators and law enforcement partners. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is considered
• Experience in an office or casino environment is preferred
• Background check includes state police, fingerprinting, tax records, and CORI

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervising Gaming Agents with policy and procedure development
• Observe casino operations and records to monitor revenue and compliance with laws
• Review accounting records to identify deficiencies in internal controls
• Observe the gaming floor for suspicious activity and review slot activity for inconsistencies
• Track and report on reviewed items and cooperate with law enforcement during investigations
• Provide testimony in hearings or court when necessary
