Responsibilities

• Assist Supervising Gaming Agents with policy and procedure development.
• Observe casino operations and records to monitor revenue and compliance.
• Review and audit casino records to identify deficiencies in internal controls.
• Observe gaming floor for suspicious activity and review slot activity.
• Track and report on reviewed items; report noncompliance and cooperate with law enforcement.
• Provide testimony in hearings or court proceedings when needed.
• Listen to concerns from patrons and collaborate with licensees and gaming officials to resolve complaints.
